I have a Patrick Tucker’s Wise Money EDU Online Membership. How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform here. You will be able to login with the email and account created for you when you purchased the subscription. You should have received an email with your login information.

 

You can recover your account with forgotten password. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are not able to access your account, please contact support@wisemoneyeducation.com.

 

 

How do I access the MasterMind Group?

The MasterMind Group is a private Facebook group for all Wise Money EDU members. To apply for access please go to the MasterMind page and request to join. We will then verify your information and approve your request.

 

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through a self-service portal?

You will be able to update your address and profile through the “My Account” option under your profile name in the right-hand side of the page. Unfortunately, you will not be able to update your credit card information through the portal. This is a service we are currently working on, but if you need to update your credit card or payment information please contact our friendly support team at support@wisemoneyeducation.com.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can contact our friendly support team via email support@wisemoneyeducation.com.

 

What is the refund policy?

You can cancel at any time if you are unhappy with your subscription, for whatever reason, but we do not offer a refund for the months previous to your cancelation.
